Tournament & Rule Enforcement Level
The 2007 Indonesian National Championship is open to all qualified players who meet the eligibility requirements. The 2006 Indonesian Nationals will run under REL 4 with 40K-Value. Players are expected to have a thorough understanding of all tournament rules and procedures, including, but not limited to, the DCI Universal Tournament Rules, the DCI Universal Penalty Guidelines, and the Magic: The Gathering® DCI Floor Rules.
Registration
Entry Fee will be IDR 100,000 (Pre-register & Fully paid) and IDR 150,000 (On-site registration- Strongly not recommended) based on availability (Max capacity 80 person), Pre-registration open until 14 August 2007.
On-site registration : 8.00-9.00 AM 26 August 2007 ( On availability basis)
Players Meeting : 9.30 -10.00 AM 26 August 2007 (On site)
Tournament start : 10.00 AM Sharp (1st Pairing)

Division,Format and Structure
The 2006 Indonesian Nationals will be a 1-Day Open Format tournament. Each player will receive boosters pack used for booster draft and lunch coupon.
Head Judge : The Head Judge for National Championship will be Marco Maruto
Sunday, August 26: Four 50-minute Swiss rounds of Standard Constructed followed by three 50-minute Swiss rounds of Time Spiral Block Booster Draft (Time Spiral-Planar Chaos-Future Sight)) played in pods. Top 8 players advance to the Finals.
The Standard portion of the event will include Tenth Edition + Cold Snap +Ravnica Block + Time Spiral Block
Top 8 Finals: Standard Constructed; Players advancing to the finals must continue to use the same Standard deck.
